The USI - Cedar Hall Community Health Center is open Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What is the Health Center?
The USI - Lodge Community Health Center is a school-based health clinic that can provide additional primary care services to students, families and community members. It is a collaboration between the University of Southern Indiana, the EVSC, St. Mary's Health System and Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.

What Services Does the Center Provide?
The Center will be staffed by a certified nurse practitioner, medical assistant, and an outreach and operations manager. USI undergraduate and graduate students in nursing, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, food and nutrition, social work, dental and health administration will participate in delivering services to patients.

Services will include help with acute health problems, chronic disease management, physical examinations, immunizations, well child care, women’s health, men’s health and behavioral health services.

Who can Use the Center?
The Center is open to anyone in the area, including neighborhood residents, students, families, and staff of Lodge Community School.
