Medication Procedures
Students who are to take any type of medication during the day, including aspirin, must have the medication held and dispensed from the nurse's office.  If over-the-counter and/or prescription medications are to be taken during the school day, the parents must bring the medication in the original package to the nurse. In addition, medications should be labeled with the student's name

A medical authorization form must be signed before medications can be dispensed during the school day.
