The Deaconess - Cedar Hall Community Health Center is a school-based health clinic that can provide additional primary care services to students, families and community members in need of a medical home. It is a collaboration between Deaconess and the EVSC. The Deaconess-Cedar Hall Community Health Center serves neighborhood residents, students, families, and staff of Cedar Hall Community School.
